Refund Policy
We at hostsas are committed to providing our customers with the best hosting experience possible. If you are not completely satisfied with our services, we offer a refund within a specified timeframe under certain conditions.
Refund Eligibility:
- Cancellation within 30 Days: If you cancel your hosting plan within the first 30 days of your initial purchase, you are eligible for a full refund, no questions asked.
- Annual Plan Refunds: For annual hosting plans, if you choose to cancel within the first 30 days, you will receive a prorated refund based on the remaining unused months of your subscription.
- Unused Services: Refunds are applicable only to hosting fees and do not include domain registration fees, setup fees, or any additional services purchased.
Refund Process:
- Contact Support: To request a refund, please contact our customer support team via hostsas@support.com. You will need to provide your account details and reason for cancellation.
- Verification: Our team will verify your request and process the refund accordingly. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
- Cancellation of Services: Upon refund approval, your hosting account will be canceled, and access to services will be terminated.
Exceptions:
- Domain Registration: Domain registration fees are non-refundable. If you cancel your hosting plan but wish to keep your domain, you will still be responsible for domain renewal fees.
- Violations of Terms of Service: Refunds will not be issued if the cancellation is due to a violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
- Promotional Offers: Refunds may not be applicable to promotional offers or discounts, as specified in the terms of the offer.
